Bite Size Bliss was born from a love of baking, creativity, and the simple joy that comes from a really good dessert.
What started as baking for family, friends and colleagues has now grown into a small-batch bakery specialising in mini cakes, cookies, and cinnamon rolls that are thoughtfully made, beautifully finished, and full of flavour! Every bake is created from scratch using quality ingredients — because great desserts should be indulgent!! My priority is feeding people good food.

My Signature Creations menu is designed to take the stress out of choosing. Each flavour pairing has been specially curated by me, making Bite Sized Bliss perfect for celebrations, dessert tables, gifting, or simply treating yourself. Alongside the Signature Creations, I also offer a make-your-own option, monthly limited-edition treats, and seasonal specials.
