When can I place an order? Orders are open Sunday to Wednesday each week. Orders placed during this time will be available for collection or delivery that Saturday.

Can I place an order for a future date? Yes! You can place orders in advance. Please clearly note the required date in the comment section at checkout or email me after placing your order.

Is there a minimum order value? Yes, the minimum spend for both collection and delivery is £25.

When are collections available? Collections take place Saturday mornings. Exact collection details will be shared once your order is confirmed.

When are postal orders shipped? Postal orders are shipped every Saturday/Friday morning using Royal Mail Click & Drop First Class to ensure the freshest delivery possible

Can I customise my order? Minor customisations are welcome, such as: buttercream colour changes (subject to availability) Please request these in the comment section at checkout.

Do you offer fully custom designs? At this time, we focus on our Signature Creations and limited customisations only. If you’re unsure, feel free to email before ordering.

What happens if I’m late for collection? I have a 15-minute grace period. After this: Orders may be forfeited or A rescheduling fee may apply (subject to availability) Uncollected orders cannot be guaranteed after the collection window due to food safety.

Do you cater to allergies or dietary requirements? I am happy to cater to dietary requirements and intolerances where possible. However, all products are prepared in a home kitchen where allergens such as gluten, nuts, dairy, eggs, and soy are present. As a result, I cannot guarantee the absence of trace allergens, and my products may not be suitable for individuals with severe or life-threatening allergies.
