When can I place an order? Orders are open Sunday to Wednesday each week. Orders placed during this time will be available for collection or delivery that Saturday.
Can I place an order for a future date? Yes! You can place orders in advance. Please clearly note the required date in the comment section at checkout or email me after placing your order.
Is there a minimum order value? Yes, the minimum spend for both collection and delivery is £25.
When are collections available? Collections take place Saturday mornings between 9 - 11am Exact collection details will be shared once your order is confirmed.
When are postal orders shipped? Postal orders are shipped every Friday and/or Saturday morning using Royal Mail First Class service to ensure the freshest delivery possible
Can I customise my order? Minor customisations are welcome, such as: buttercream colour changes (subject to availability) Please request these in the comment section at checkout.
Do you offer fully custom designs? Yes! I am now accepting fully custom designs suitable for specific events. Please email me the following details so I can check availability and provide a quote: - Date of your event - Type of item (mini cake, cupcakes, cookies, cookie cake) - Number of servings required - Theme / colour scheme - Inspiration photos (if you have them) - Any dietary requirements Please note that custom designs require advance notice (72 hours minimum) and are only secured once a deposit has been received.
What happens if I’m late for collection? I have a 15-minute grace period. After this: Orders may be forfeited or A rescheduling fee may apply (subject to availability) Uncollected orders cannot be guaranteed after the collection window due to food safety.
Do you cater to allergies or dietary requirements? I am happy to cater to dietary requirements and intolerances where possible. However, all products are prepared in a home kitchen where allergens such as gluten, nuts, dairy, eggs, and soy are present. As a result, I cannot guarantee the absence of trace allergens, and my products may not be suitable for individuals with severe or life-threatening allergies. Please email me regarding your requirements, and I'll let you know if I am able to accommodate.
