At Bite Sized Bliss, all products are freshly baked to order. Due to the nature of our items, we do not accept returns on food products.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once baking has begun.

• Cancellations made at least 42 hours before the collection date may be eligible for a refund or credit, minus any non-refundable deposit.

• Orders cancelled within 42 hours of collection are non-refundable.

Issues with Your Order

If there is an issue with your order (for example, the wrong item was supplied or there is a quality concern), please contact us within 24 hours of collection with clear photos and a description of the issue.

Where appropriate, the following may offered:

• A partial or full refund

• A replacement item

This is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind

• Failure to collect on the agreed date/time

• Incorrect storage after collection

• Minor variations in appearance (all items are handmade)

• Failure to cancel order within specified timeframe (42 hours)

  
  

Collection/Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been collected, Bite Sized Bliss is not responsible for damage, mishandling, or changes in quality due to storage or transport.

Refunds or replacements cannot be issued for delivery delays caused by the postal service.

Any claims for lost or delayed parcels must be raised directly with Royal Mail.

Bite Sized Bliss offers postal delivery on selected items via Royal Mail to ensure your treats arrive as quickly and safely as possible.

Dispatch Schedule

• All postal orders are dispatched every Friday and/or Saturday morning using Royal Mail Click & Drop.

• Orders are sent via First Class / Next Day delivery where available to minimise time in transit.

Delivery Times

• Royal Mail First Class aims to deliver the next working day, though delivery times are not guaranteed.

• Please note that delivery estimates are provided by Royal Mail and may be affected by factors outside our control.

Packaging

• All treats are securely packaged to protect freshness and minimise movement during transit.

• As baked goods are handmade, slight cosmetic changes may occur during delivery and are considered normal.

Address Accuracy

• Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery details are correct at checkout.

• Bite Sized Bliss is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Important Notes

• We recommend someone is available to receive the parcel upon delivery.

• Once delivered, items should be unpacked promptly and stored according to the product instructions provided.
